Stony Point (Henderson) Light
The
original light was built in 1830. The current
light was erected in 1869. It is a 73-foot
square tower with an attached keeper’s dwelling.
The light was removed from service in 1945, and is currently a private
residence.
In August 2001, this
lighthouse appeared as an auction on eBay. The sale was also mentioned in the September
2001 issue of Lighthouse
Digest.
