Burnt Island Light
CAPTION: Built in 1821 on spruce studded Burnt Island, this light marks the entrance to Boothbay Harbor. Its' beacon is a red light with two white sectors flashing on a six second interval visible up to 15 miles.

The number "800" is written in blue ink on the back side of the postcard.

Each postcard is sleeved in a clear 2mil sleeve made out of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyester. All of these materials have passed the Photo Activity Test (P.A.T.) certifying that they are safe for long-term storage.
